The International Party show held recently at the NEC in Birmingham saw the launch of the UK based business Rouse Matrix UK promoting an exciting concept of balloon decor using the Rouse Matrix System which has been popular in the USA for the past ten years.

Rouse Matrix UK which is run by Marc P Summers cba and Jo Uddin cba became the UK?s first Master distributors in march 2007 and  Jo and Marc have worked alongside both Graham and Mary Queen Rouse to develop their online store www.rousematrix.co.uk and promote both the product and the training programme.

So what is Rouse Matrix ????

Rouse Matrix Systems is a light weight framework developed to hold balloons together to create balloon displays.

Rather than building a solid frame for the balloons, Rouse Matrix Systems? ?grow? The Matrix out of simple sheets of material.
When stretched out the rouse expands from compact units to an open diamond pattern, allowing balloons to be inserted to create amazing designs.

Rouse comes in lots of exciting shapes including hearts, stars, and rounds as well as banner pieces which can either be joined together to create backdrops etc or can  be cut to your choice of specific shapes.
Other designs include arches, Canopies, tunnels and the extremely elegant puffed heart.

With such a variety of designs, the rouse system is able to offer light weight frames to accommodate many sizes of balloons such as 5?, 9?, 11?, 16?, 3ft, latex, 160, 260, 350, 646 modeling balloons and 9? and 18? foils.

Marc who is himself both a balloon decorator and a twister as well as running the popular Balloon consultant forum was particularly inspired by the way that the rouse could accommodate all types of balloons and is designed to suit both decorators and twisters.

Rouse Matrix UK are dedicated to not only supplying this product to the UK but more importantly to provide a full training program that allows for both demo days and full hands on training.

Jo, who has been training students in the city and guilds program for the past four years is really excited about the rouse products ?there are so many designs that can be made with the rouse system? Jo says ? using simple shapes and a little imagination you can create some fantastic designs?.

Training events are being planned for all areas of the UK and will include some fun Rouse projects being created at the already popular care and share days held throughout the country ? these days will be a great opportunity for both decorators and twisters to play with the rouse and create some fun designs? says marc ? we are really looking forward to all our training days?.

?Many of the design ideas can be viewed in the gallery section of the website? says Jo ? and we are constantly updated the site so its worth checking out regularly for new ideas?.

Rouse is currently available from the companies online store but is hoped to soon be available from good wholesalers throughout the uk.
